Hi, I'm Jac van der Linde, a South African millwright who started working in the Netherlands in 2023 as a service technician. I then had the opportunity to give other South Africans the same opportunity and embraced it with open arms.
With my mission to make it just as easy for other South Africans to come over as it was for me through NLIST, I've tried to answer many questions I frequently received about how everything works and what one needs to put in place to start working here. I've shared how I navigated the Netherlands. I now work as a recruitment consultant for NLIST and have learned a lot more through this, which I hope I can pass on to assist more people.
I share my experiences gained in my foreign navigation of the USA, Spain, France, and the Netherlands through the guide. The guide is written from my perspective; keep in mind I'm just a 28-year-old tradesman who wanted to help others achieve similar success abroad as I have.
